Iyekhei Born Segiru Usman Wins 1st Position in Rural Photography and Photo Editing Contest at the Just Concluded Maiden Edition of Edo International Film Festival in Benin

25 years old Segiru from Auchi Sacred Kingdom has emerged the best photographer in the category of Rural Photography and Editing in a 4Day event that marked the maiden edition of Edo International Film Festival at the Victor Uwaifo Creative Hub in Benin City.

The event held by Edo Skills Development Agency A.K.A EdoJobs in collaboration with Swiss Agency for Development Corporation and the German Government through Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit as well as Skills Development for Youth Employment started on the 1st of September through to the 4th and saw Auchi's Segiru Usman beating his counterparts to emerge the overall best Rural Photography and Photo Editing Chap through his creative works.

Segiru is a an Estate Management National Diploma holder from Auchi Polytechnic who after his ND program decided to learn the art of Photography from Oska tv and media innovation where his love for the art drove him to learn unique ways of visual representation and appreciation.

Being a drone pilot, Segiru seeks to take his photographic skills to the next level by being open to learning new photographic technologies.

The Edo International Film Festival is a booster to the young man's morale towards breaking into the world of photography professionally.
