The Otaru-in-Council (OiC) has in view of having a smoothly run Age-Group/Manhood Initiation ceremony made the following arrangements for the new entrants into manhood in Auchi Sacred Kingdom.
Day 1 (Eid Day): The new Age-Group together with all Muslim faithful arrive Eid ground to observe Eid prayers.
After the exercise, the local vigilante, hunters and villages chiefs will be on ground to monitor the Age-Group's visit to the Otaru's Palace to greet His Royal Highness, Alhaji Aliru H. Momoh, Ikelebe III, Otaru of Auchi Sacred Kingdom and off to various zones.
Day 2 (second day of Sallah): All mates from the various zones of Auchi will visit the general chairman at the Palace for entertainment and thereafter visit the Utsogun square (now Uchi Primary School) to felicitate with their Utsogun Mates.
Day 3(third day of Sallah): Age mates from the Utsogun zone will visit all other villages starting from Akpekpe, to Aibotse, down to Igbei and Iyekhei zones at their various squares.
All these activities will be closely monitored by the Local Vigilante, Hunters, Police and other sister security agencies in view of protecting lives and properties and having a violence free festivity.
