Auchi Son Emerges President of World Organization of Family Doctors and Physicians for Africa

Dr. Dania Abubakar Momodu has on Sunday been ratified as the fourth president of the African Region of World Organization of Doctors and Physicians (WONCA) for the next two years.

The ratification of Dr. Dan as the top boss of WONCA is coming up as result of his numerous input as a worthy member and leader of Nigeria Medical Association in Cross River state and his positive influence in the health scene across Africa.

He now carries the banner of African Region Council and sits with six other presidents from other world councils to pilot the affairs of Family Doctors and Physicians across all the continents.

Dr. Dania Abubakar Momodu is from Afakpologodo in the Usogun heritage zone of Auchi Sacred Kingdom who is based in Cross Rivers State as the CMD, DANEX MEDICAL CENTRE LTD, UGEP and is succeeding the previous President of WONCA Prof. Shabir.

The illustrious son of Afenmai promises to anchor his reign on the virtues of integrity, accountability and teamwork.

We pray for a fruitful administration of WONCA under the reign our son, brother and father and wish him the capacity to pilot the affairs of the association in ways that will please God and benefit mankind.
