Iyekhei Youths in Europe Light up Sharp Corner, Other Spots in Auchi

True to their promise, Auchi Sons and Daughters under the Aegis of Iyekhei Youths in Europe have provided solar powered streets lights to parts of Auchi Sacred Kingdom.

This was evident when green energy specialists were spotted along the Polytechnic Road and Sharp Corner axis installing Street Lights.

Areas covered were Iyekhei Central Mosque, Afi'Ighiebor and Sharp Corner. These spots were selected given the high rate of human activities in and around the areas and in view of easing movement of Commuters at night.

Speaking to Enaholo J.K. on the initiative, AbdulFatai Abubakar a.k.a Mill Danko stated that the installation is the first step towards ascending the heights Iyekhei Youths in Europe are planning to take the community.

He pointed out that soon, the body will make provisions for more lights to be installed along all roads leading to Iyekhei Village.

It is hoped that this development shall usher in a new Dawn of community building by youths drawn from the various villages in Auchi as observers are agreed on the fact that this is a challenge and a call on youths to toe the part of community development instead of waiting for government to provide the needful.
