The Monarch visited Mr. President in the Company of Chief (Prince) Suleiman Momoh, Federal Commissioner of Planning, Research, Statistics, Information and Library Services --National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Hajia Mariam Momoh, the King's 2nd Wife, together with Chief (Prince) Afe Momoh, the Oghosomi of Auchi.

It is unclear what the conversations between His Royal Highness and President Buhari were but expectedly, the Otaru of Auchi would discuss Security, Economy, the state of Auchi-Benin Expressway, the status of Auchi Polytechnic and need to facilitate its upgrade to a City University of Technology, ecological conditions of parts of Auchi and other pressing matters that concern the nation in general.

It should be noted that that in 2003 President Muhammadu Buhari visited Auchi Sacred Kingdom and met with His Highness the Otaru of Auchi and this was when the Late Prince Tony Momoh, former Minister of Information and Culture volunteered to play key roles that become instrumental to Buhari's ascension to the seat of Presidency later in 2015.

In the year 2016, Mr. President extended an invitation to the Otaru of Auchi to accompany him to Hajj in view of engaging in Umrah, an event which saw His Highness and His Excellency into the Holy Kaabbah.

The people of Auchi Sacred Kingdom are optimistic that this meeting will engender a new dawn that will address chiefly the upgrade of Auchi Polytechnic and the spate of ecological problems being encountered.
