"In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

As a son of the soil, I envision great dreams for Auchi.

As a Father, I want to see these dreams materialize for our good.

As a King I'm deploying all my resources within legal frames to ensure that my people live the dreams I have envisioned for our collective prosperity.

In view of the above, I (in the company of my Chiefs and my 2nd wife, Hajia Mariam Aliru Momoh) paid a visit to an old friend, our beloved President, the Grand Commander of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari in pursuit of my dreams which I presume are in tune with his mandate to develop our Nation, Nigeria --given the resources available for his assignment.

The motivation for this is that I owe Mr. President a responsibility as a citizen of Nigeria to call his attention to issues bothering our social dynamics and encourage him to facilitate measures that will benefit our collective aspirations.

Amongst other issues, Education, Security and Economy formed the bulk of our conversation and I seized the opportunity to bring to his notice the fact that Auchi Polytechnic's upgrade to a City University of Technology will in no small measure speak volumes of positives for the good of us all if he gives assent to the bill which has been passed after much workings towards dotting the I(s) and T(s).

Also, His Excellency, Mallam Muhammad Musa Bello, the Minister of FCT received me and here too, I pressed on our collective agenda.

I'm optimistic about this journey on behalf of my people. I have a positive feeling about this and if Allah wills, may Auchi Polytechnic get this upgrade and may all my admonitions achieve the set objective that motivated me to see the current number one citizen of the world's most populous black nation, Nigeria.

May all our current challenges become history sooner than anticipated.
