His Royal Highness, Alhaji Aliru H. Momoh, Ikelebe III has pledged to help build a Borehole facility for the use of inmates and personnel of the Medium Security Custodial Centre in Auchi on Sunday when the Assistant Controller of Corrections, Ebare Omoegbele Kingsley in charge of Auchi Prison facility visited the Otaru-in-Council.
The new Assistant Controller who came to the Monarch and his village heads on a familiarization visit told all that the correctional facility which currently holds over 300 inmates drawn for Edo North had some challenges that desired urgent attention in a bid to carry out its mandate of isolating, reforming and reintegrating those hitherto perceived as unfit for peaceful and harm-free social life.
Kingsley appreciated the warm welcome he received on his arrival to Auchi and pleaded with the OiC to help with some of the pressing demands which ranged from Accommodation for the facility's new security details and provision of a water facility to help provide water for the use of personnel and inmates.
His Highness welcomed the Assistant Controller and his entourage and assured him of his unwavering support for the personnels to carry out their duties efficiently and promised to help with the creation of a Borehole facility.
This was greatly appreciated by the Assistant Controller who prayed for the the continuous cordial interpersonal relationship between the Auchi Community and personnel of the Medium Security Custodial Centre.
