So, I've been following Tony Elumelu for quite some time now and what's interesting about him is not the swag, charm or his seemingly aesthetic dress sense and the trips he embarks on every now and then.

What's interesting about this Delta born Billionaire, chairman of Heirs Holdings, United Bank for Africa Plc and Transcorp Nigeria Plc is quite small and simple.

He has consistently shown that no matter how far you go in life, no matter how big you've grown, no matter how well you are succeeding, never lose sight of;
1. Your personal health,
2. Family's well-being and
3. The need to replicate yourself.

While the first 2 items on this very small list may come as inevitable expectations to some people, the 3rd is the crux of this rather small but sensitive piece.

For the most part of his 59year existence, the Entrepreneur has aside keeping his head on his neck and caring for family gone out of his way to ensure that when he passes on, there will be an army of 'Tony Elumelus' spreading wealth by bettering life through the provision of sustainable solutions to the myriad problems of the world.

He is replicating himself beyond the the circle of his family, beyond the borders of his country and beyond the span of his lifetime by making men and women stand strong for not just themselves but more so, for their families and communities.

I admire his entirety and as usual, I'm calling on all who are well to do --who have roots in Auchi Sacred Kingdom , Etsako and Afenmai to replicate their wellness through the empowerment of a generation that would preserve their legacies like the hundreds of thousands who currently are hopeful courtesy of Tony O. Elumelu.
