Members of the Royal family of Kadiri Idaeo, Ikelebe Dynasty of Auchi Sacred Kingdom have erected an Arc at the entrance of the family along Warrake road, Auchi.
The Arc which was erected in the last phase of December 2021 was commissioned on Sunday the 2nd day of the 2022 Gregorian Calendar Year as parts of activities marking the new year.
Present at the ceremony was Haliru Chief Kadiri (HC) who is currently the eldest member of the Kadiri Idaeo Royal Family together with his brothers, wives of the family, youths and invited guests.
It is hoped that the erection of the Arc which carries the name of the family and its status amongst other family in the Sacred Kingdom will be the dawn of more positives for the family and the entire Auchi prayed Alh. H.C. Kadiri.

Idaiwo had the following children:
1. Lametu (female)
2. Momoh (male)
3. Aliu (male)
4. Kadiri (male) and
5. Abuda
Momoh, Idaiwo's first son learnt the Quran at Ida and probably imported the Islamic religion to Auchi but prior to that Auchi did not have a well defined and charted religion.
Intra and intertribal wars formed the order of the day and the victor and the conqueror became the ruler of the conquered.
The land called Auchi was ruled through the power of the dane guns and hence Idaiwo, a hunter and a warrior at the time, must have taken powers of the Auchi sacred Kingdom.
A well documented and charted history of the Auchi Sacred Kingdom needs to be maintained for our generations yet unborn.
Otaru Ikharo who was the 5th ruler in the kingdom has his name as Abubakar..go back to your history he gave the order for all idols to be destroyed and Islam adopted...the spread of Islam only gained momentum during the 6th Otaru named Idaeo Momoh reign...
