Auchi Association of America Doles out Food, Essential Items to Orphans in Auchi

Auchi sons and daughters under the aegis of Auchi Association of America (AAA) have donated food items and other essentials for the consumption of children living at the Orphanage.

The presentation of these items was done on Monday at the Itsoghéna Orphanage along Ayua Road as parts of the association's contribution towards helping to put food on the table of the less Privileged among other reasons.

The Group under the Chairmanship of Dr. Sadiq Ikharo earlier in the year doled out items necessary for the survival of less Privileged children at the Orphanage as a kickoff of a series of humanitarian gestures from AAA and made a presentation of Rice, Garri, Semo and Beans in bags together with Gallons of Oil, Cartons of Indomie Noddles, Cheese ball, Biscuits as well as writing materials to aid learning for the kids in pedagogy.

 Prince Abdulganiyu Ikharo whilst conveying a message on behalf of the Chairman of Auchi Association of America stated that AAA in view of helping to encourage the academic journey of the kids, will be making provisions for the school uniforms of those currently in schools and promised to keep up with helping to make life easy for all in the Orphanage through more and more donations, encouragements and prayers for the good of the kids.

Alhaji Jafaru Jimoh, Daudu of Igbei who was present at the scene prayed for the growth of the kids in positivity and urged them to never let their current/immediate circumstances deter them from dreaming big and aiming for a brighter Future.

 Contributing further, Mrs. Rehi Jimoh thanked the donors for the uncommon show of love and the intent to give back to the society through charitable acts. She prayed that God will multiply their gains in manifolds and called on other well meaning individuals to queue behind AAA to play their part in helping to put smiles on faces. She thanked Hajia Raufat Ikharo for coordinating the project and appreciated Dr. Sadiq Ikharo for his show of positive leadership prowess at driving the Programmes of AAA to enviable heights for the benefit of Auchi Sons and Daughters both at home and in diaspora.

The kids and caregivers were elated and profusely expressed their gratitude through prayers to God Almighty for His continued blessings upon the lives of members at the Auchi Association of America.
