Palliatives
were received in Auchi Sacred Kingdom on Tuesday in view of the Covid-19
pandemic.

This
was evident at the Late Prince Hassan Kadiri’s residence off Warrake road where
the Ward 1 Councilor, Prince Hammed Kadiri received the items on behalf of the
people of his ward from Honorable Imonofi Inusa the Chariman, Etsako West Local
Government Council. (same was replicated across all the wards of Etsako West LGA)
Each
package distributed comprised of rice, beans, garri and indomie noodles. These,
beneficiaries said would in no small measure help in cushioning the adverse
effect of the novel covid-19 pandemic on their finances and living.
Mrs.
Tanebi, ward 1 Woman Leader expressed joy over government’s effort and advised
women who formed the bulk of the beneficiaries as caregivers of their various
families to put to use the items judiciously with the hope that the Corona
virus disease will soon pass and things will get better.
Elsewhere,
Concerned Youths of Auchi Sacred Kingdom
(CY-ASK) have through Ikharo Muhammed popularly known as IKM and Jeremiah
Kadiri (Publisher of AUCHI BLOGspot) donated four bags of rice, onions and
packets of Power Oil to be distributed amongst 10 families in Utsogun Village. These
items were on Tuesday packaged into 50pieces and each targeted family is to get
5beneficiries who will be mostly the vulnerable at times such as these.
The
coordinators have made contact with youth chairmen of the various families in
view of distributing the items.
Additionally,
Usman Abudu popularly known as Maximum Seecarlifonia has donated the sum of two
hundred thousand Naira (#200,000) with the instruction that only aged women and
widows who are truly vulnerable be made beneficiaries.

In
view of various calls on him to reach widows and the aged, Maximum has
announced via his Time-Line that Jeremiah Kadiri will be handling the
distribution under the supervision of Mallam Lucky Marcus as soon as the monies
are received.
