Sir Usman Abudu AKA Maxamum SeeCarlifonia in view of the stay-at-home directive of Government distributed relief items worth 200k across the 5 major villages of Auchi Sacred Kingdom on Saturday.

The donor, CEO of SeeCarlifonia Club and Event Center who hails from the Royal House of Kadiri Idaeo in Utsogun village, explained that his intent was to awaken the spirit of charity in the hearts of all well meaning cum well-to-do indigenes of Afenmai extraction both home and abroad.

“…lots of our people live and feed off what they make daily and so this lockdown on businesses is telling hard on them, especially the most vulnerable who are widows with kids to tend, aged mothers and so on.
….I may not have all the monies in the world, in fact I’m not in the league of Afenmai’s wealthy indigenes but the spirit of humanity in me has prompted me to out of the abundance of God’s Grace upon my life give to the needy. You don’t have to be rich, famous or influential to create an impact.
All that is required is a genuine concern for the welfare of humans” he said.

Although the initial plan was to distribute the monies as cash incentives (2k per individual amongst 100 people), it took the efforts of Concerned Youths of Auchi Sacred Kingdom, Mallam Lucky Marcus, UK Ikelebe and Hon. Dada Abubakar to prevail on the Donor to toe the more far reaching path of procuring food items in view of the sky-rocketing hike in the prices of commodities on a retail level.

Items bought, packaged and distributed comprise of 6 bags of rice, 3 bags of Beans, 3 cartons of Power Oil and a bag of Onions.

Beneficiaries of the items were beyond elated at the kind gesture rendered them by a son of the soil who resides far away in the English man’s land. They appreciated and said prayers to him and his household, stating that God’s bounty shall continue to reign supreme in the life of the donor and his finances be multiplied in manifolds.

Mr. Nurudeen, President of Auchi Dynamic Youths Association who was on ground together with regional ADYA heads of the five villages to identify the needy among the people of their various quarters expressed profound gratitude at the magnanimity of Maximum for birthing an idea poised at putting food on the tables of the poor. Other members of his committee prayed for continued prosperity for the donor and called of God to end the covid-19 pandemic for good of all.

On his part, Mallam Lucky, the project supervisor expressed satisfaction over the cooperation of parties involved in the project stating that this has engendered a massive success and further project the good intent of the donor.

Maximum SeeCarlinonia is using this medium to call on all indigenes of Afenma extraction who are yet to help cushion the attendant adverse effect of the covid-19 pandemic and lockdown order by the government to do so.
