CONTAGION 2019 vs CORONAVIRUS 2011

In 2011, a movie titled CONTAGION came on screen.
A very interesting movie it is.
In 6days, millions had been infected.
It was just a movie, then.
Today, in reality, we have a viral infection that begins with a 'C'.
CORONAVIRUS has gone beyond identification of infected persons by symptoms. People now test positive to the virus even before the signs come up.
What's more is, in reality, it is transmitted same way as was shown on our tv screens, cinemas, PCs, in the 'CONTAGION' movie of 2011.
Questions are;
1. Is it a coincidence that both fiction and reality share same source of virus, place of emergence, mode of transmission?
2. Was the virus discovered or in simple terms, INVENTED and TESTED?
